SKBC is eagerly awaiting the arrival of two new additions to its fleet after a successful application to the Southern Downs Regional Council Community Drought Program, funded by the Australian Government. The two new boats, a quad scull and double scull, are ideal teaching boats for beginners, as well as light and easy to handle for experienced rowers, making them key club resources. After years of drought and low dam levels, this grant is the perfect circuit-breaker to relaunch the club rapidly and ensure maximum use of the facility.
